Our COVID-19 response

We recognise that these are unprecedented times and the worldwide spread of the Coronavirus is of great concern to each and every one of us. Our primary interest is to keep everyone safe and take every action possible to support the global efforts to slow down the spread of the virus.

As you know we temporarily closed most of our facilities while we assessed the potential impact of the Coronavirus on our business and to give us time to implement changes in our working practice in order to ensure the safety of our employees in the workplace.

All our facilities, where local government orders and recommendations allow, are now open and we have implemented home working for all staff that can safely work from home. Health and Safety is our number one priority and for those we need to attend their workplace to perform their function are doing so following stringent “Social Distancing” and World Health Organisation recommendations.

We continue to provide comprehensive technical support, order support and general customer services along with sales and new enquiries teams. We are however operating on shorter working hours and you may experience a very small delay in our response.
